It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Spacious and comfortable! Lovely porch! Well equipped kitchen! Beds super comfortable! The house overall was a wonderful place to gather and enjoy time with our family! Host Gino was gracious and very informative!

We had an amazing time for our company annual celebration! It was the perfect venue to get all of our staff and "plus ones" together for fun and a mix of activities and relaxation. I'd recommend the property to anyone looking for a great space to enjoy your group's company. And Brantley was very helpful and friendly! Thank you!!

We have stayed at Taylor’s house before and are never disappointed. It’s one of our favorite vacation spots!

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

Rented this house for a birthday getaway with up to eight girls and the space was amazing. There was enough beds for everyone I was also able to bring my dog for the weekend! It’s such a beautiful house especially the kitchen! Everything was easy to use and the host provided many many many towels, which we definitely appreciated. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed the weekend.

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

We found this location as we were needing to evacuate the Tampa area ahead of hurricane Milton. Our host was very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

We had a wonderful stay with Walt and Cassandra. The house is very nice. The furniture and decor are very personalized and absolutely harmonious with the whole location The kitchen was excellently equipped - almost the best Airbnb we have ever had during all our travels. It was very easy to cook dinner. Another positive thing to mention is the bed - we slept very well on the mattress. About the area: The house is quiet and you can easily relax away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Super starry sky due to the low light pollution. There are chickens on the property, which provided us with fresh eggs every morning. There are also 2 cats living on the property. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would book it a second time.

Suwannee River Retreat was one of the best family vacations we have had! The home + dock + amenities are unmatched and it was the perfect getaway in nature for our family. The home's surroundings were beautiful- peaceful Suwannee River and nicely shaded yard. The dock was shaded most of the day, and was where we spent a good amount of time with some fishing and others kayaking. Our Easter 2025 weekend was so enjoyable and we're grateful for the memories made here. We will cherish this experience. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely retreat with us <3 A few notes for future travelers- kitchen has all you need. We brought things in case and didn't end up needing them. We were even able to have a nice holiday meal with all the serving dishes. We enjoyed Fanning Springs State Park, Hart Springs county park, Nature Coast Trail - Suwannee River Bridge.

Wow - this accommodation is a real dream! 5 stars in all categories. The house is perfectly located for exploring the springs in the area. It is even better than in the photos. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. My highlight: sitting on the terrace in the morning and evening and watching nature. We felt completely at home. The home was perfect and so clean! The pool and the on site kayaks were all amazing. Joan was very kind and responded quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home!

This was the third time we've stayed at Gale's home, and we will continue to do so on future vacation trips. Her home was perfect for our needs; great location, close to the outings we went on and restaurants we like. Very peaceful setting, with the built-in pool, and it was clean, well appointed and updated. Great location overall. We'll be back!

Our first time using Airbnb and first time to The Villages and Joan was an amazing host as she walked us through every step of the way. And her place was amazing with so many amenities. She covers every detail to make sure guests enjoy their stay! She definitely set the bar high for any future Airbnb experiences. What a blessing she is!

Me and my wife found it very peaceful and relaxing you can see views of the River from just about anywhere in the house sitting on the back dock looking at the fish swimming by and her son kayaking around the river none of us wanted to leave wish we had more time

Roy left us a binder at the house with perfectly detailed instructions. The house was immaculate. We had no questions and everything was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Beyond satisfied with our stay. We booked this house as a group, 3 couples & kids. The house was very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. The host was extremely polite, resourceful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. The boat ramp & docks were perfect for each 3 24’ boats we had. The only suggestion I have is better parking for trucks/boat trailers. We all had a spot but it was a tight fit. Other than that, 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again!

We opted to stay at the Crabby cottage since my wife’s parents live in the villages. The house was just down the street from them, which was great. The home was beautiful and we didn’t wanna go home. There was no noise neighborhood was peaceful.

Lovely clean comfortable home. The pool is huge, clean and amazing. In the morning birds sing to wake you up. Our favorite thing was watching the antics of the sand hill cranes which are everywhere. The town of Inverness had an amazing park where you can walk boardwalks and see alligators. The hosts are kind and helpful but also respect your privacy. I would definitely go there again.
