I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Welcome to our beautiful cottage in leafy Newlands. It sleeps three people comfortably. You are welcome to use the garden and pool, with relaxing loungers and braai facilities. Enjoy walking, hiking, running & cycling in the neighbourhood. We are close to great coffee shops and restaurants, Kirstenbosch, Newlands Forest, UCT and the airport. There is a refrigerator, microwave and flat-screen TV with full DStv. (You may be visited by a friendly Spaniel)

We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden.
