The stay was perfect for what we had going on at the time. The nights where beautiful and the venue was stocked full of anything needed for some out time cooking

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful and just a few doors down from the beach. The place was perfectly sized and clean. As a plus, Monica surprised us with a birthday bottle of wine and balloons as a gift. I highly recommend staying here!

The property is beautiful, its just like the pictures. The location is peaceful and quite. Its a perfect spot to just to relax and reconnect. Can't say enough good things about the cottage. Clean, Bed was nice, view was amazing, Hot tub, kayaks, plenty of firewood for a beach fire. During our stay we went to main street in North East it was about a 7 minute drive. It was a nice little town to walk. Chesapeake Coffee Co for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. We had lunch at Woody's crab shack. Ordered in pizza from Bella Pizza, Went to Nauti Goose. I was underwhelmed at all restaurants and by all meals. If we come back again, I'd get groceries to cook, there is a grill to use (we didn't) and stay in, just take in the view and enjoy the peaceful waves. We would defiantly recommend and hopefully be back again soon.

We had a great stay at the cottage! The space is beautiful and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and everyone (including our kids) slept surprisingly well for being in a new space! The kitchen has essentials and a very high quality stove and oven. Wendy and Barry were quick to help us troubleshoot a flipped breaker (completely beyond their control) right after we checked in and followed up with us the next morning to make sure all was well. They are great hosts and have a beautiful property. If you’re looking for a private, quiet getaway near the water this is a great option!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom home! Every room was clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially amazing—so cozy and supportive that everyone slept like a dream. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed to prepare meals together—it was a joy to cook in. One of the highlights for our family was the game lounge. My son loved the ping pong table and spent hours in there having fun! The home had plenty of space for our group, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The host made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We had a great stay.

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

The property was really nice. It was fairly private and was next to a stream and right on the river. Kitchen was stocked really nicely. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were nicely decorated. Loved the deck and access to water. Ample parking for all our guests. Towels and linens were provided and nice. We had a few small issues and Edwin addressed them immediately. Having kayaks and lifejackets was a nice bonus. There was a blue heron that was at the property every day and on our last morning, we watched a bald eagle dive into the water while it was fishing. It flew around awhile and sat in trees near us. Beautiful location for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a work trip in the area. It easily fit our large group and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely book again!

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!
