The location is super convenient—easily accessible by jeepneys and any form of transportation, and right within the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a relaxing stay. Although we were always out and didn’t get to use the kitchen utensils, we’re thankful that they had everything we needed, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had a hassle-free experience. I finally found my go-to place every time we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!"

Flexible check-in and check-out is great as we arrived very early in Cebu and our flight back to Manila was late. We ran to some issues but Ms. Darl was very helpful to resolve the issues. The room is pretty spacious and was able to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably.

We had the most amazing time at Maria Adelfa's place. We felt right at home the moment we stepped in. It's so peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed — from the full kitchen to the spotless bathroom. Not to mention, the host has been nothing but kind and accommodating from the very beginning. This is probably one of the best experiences that we've had out of all our accommodations at Airbnb. We will surely miss how peaceful and easy it was to stay there.

Stunning view and beautiful unit. Felt special. Me and my partner were very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. There's so much to do within walking distance and the restaurants are all delicious. Ailyn was extremely kind, helpful, and took great care of us. Mary Elaine was very responsive to messages. The couch smelled and she replaced it immediately with a new one. Only complaint is the noise at night. The local entertainment establishments music can be heard until 2 or 3 in the morning. The elevators had only 1 or 2 working most days and the wait sometimes was up to 1/2 hr just to get on an elevator. This is beyond her control. Plenty of transportation options and located in an excellent spot to see the whole city. I highly recommend Mary Elaine condo at 20A in Building 2 at Horizons.

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! One of the best condos to stay at if you are in Cebu. Super comfortable bed. Great Aircon and good internet for Netflix. Very affordable and the host is very nice and fast at communicating. If you are on a budget then this is a hidden gem for you.

We had an amazing stay at Julie An’s Place during the Sinulog in Cebu City. The location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from Ayala Mall and conveniently close to the main street. The accessibility made exploring the festival and the city a breeze. The host's responsiveness and proactive communication truly stood out. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The flexibility with check-in and checkout was a major plus, allowing us to make the most of our time in Cebu. I had a great stay at Loraine's condo in IT Park. The unit was clean and exactly as promised in the listing. Checkin and out was simple and easy. Loraine kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early and did a great job communicating. The location is ideal, in IT Park, which is the best area to live in Cebu city. A 7-eleven is just across the street and there are many restaurants and a supermarket close by. I would definitely stay here again!

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.
