Take a short walk to Ithaca Farmer's Market (.4 mi) the Commons (.8 mi) & Cornell University (1.4 mi) or stay in and enjoy a glass of wine while cooking in the kitchen & dining area. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Carriage house

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas.
