It checked all the boxes. If you want privacy and relaxation with the beach right outside your door and still have the ability to drive 10 mins into town. Then this is your place. We loved our stay in GCI and the condo was fabulous. Clean, spacious, up to date and ocean views from every window. Town is a quick 10 min drive to wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc.. My only issue and it wasn't a big deal but it would be nice if the beach was racked after the last storm. Again, first world concern.. We had one small issue that was addressed immediately by the property staff. Outstanding communication by the team through the whole process. We will be coming back to GCI and will stay at this property again or one of their other properties. In a nutshell, our 20th year wedding anniversary/vacation was the best. One of the best accommodations/hospitality we have experienced and we have traveled all around the world. Diane and Robert were very helpful, before we got there we we double booked checked for amenities we wanted to have (beach chairs, towels, blender) and continued to communicate, local food options and places/sites to see while we were on the trip. We went grocery shopping and purchased all our food for meals - which we cooked/prepped in the kitchen AND made some delicious pinã coladas. The bed was super comfy and hard to get out of in the morning! Thanks for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back!

This is an excellent location for those looking to stay in a local neighborhood, close to great scuba diving and snorkeling. Mitzi is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The loft is exactly as described, the AC works perfectly, and the bathroom exceeds the description.

Fabulous flat with great kitchen and easy access to Grand Cayman! We stayed 2 weeks at the grand harbor and had a great time. Melissa was a great host and helped when we had a couple questions. Getting the keys from the guards and into the flat was easy and we felt right at home. The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and included all that you needed in the kitchen. Nice stovetop and oven for cooking and we had a great time making pizza and a cake while we were there. Comfortable temperature and an ok deck to sit at and have breakfast. There was a pool, walking loop and lawn chairs on the roof which was great. The location was great with quick and easy access to a grocery store and a few restaurants extremely close and near the major street to access the rest of the island. However I would say that there wasn't a lot of great places to walk and not many sidewalks near. I would highly recommend to anyone on Grand Cayman and we would stay here again!

Great place and great hosts. The place is modern and the beds are comfy. Roy and Anita were great from start to finish. The location is on West Bay which is the best part of the island. Good grocery store down the street and close to many good restaurants. On rough surf days getting into the water from behind the condo could be challenging but there are fabulous beaches 2 minutes away. On days when the surf is calm the snorkeling is incredible. Saw many cool fish in the reefs behind the condo. This was our seventh visit to Grand Cayman and I would definitely stay here again the next time we come.

Our Airbnb was clean and incredibly quiet. It looked exactly like the photos posted. You are only a five minute walk to the local grocery store and liquor store. Millicent was incredibly friendly and attentive and a wonderful person to work with. Cline responded to any questions that I had in a timely fashion. The view from our balcony was truly amazing. The public buses are incredibly easy to catch right outside your door. While you are not beachfront, you are waterfront and you can certainly use the ladder to go swimming right from this location , we would be happy to stay here if we return to the island.

Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at. Clean, very new unit and furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella.. The hosts were extremely responsive, providing pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and various locations around the island. Great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Very quiet area, yet the complex also has a few great places to eat, a bakery, and supermarket/liquor store. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, clean and fantastic location and surroundings in the Grove. Just across the road to Seven Mile. Beach chairs and floats very handy for beach days. Pools were a nice addition for a morning dip or evening bbqs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
