Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Close by the M1, offering quick and easy access to every part of Yorkshire Well behaved dogs welcome. Extensive countryside walking from your front door. EV charging available. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

It's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet, walking & dining in the country. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. Each bedroom is en-suite. ,There is a secure private garden. We have tried hard to create a home away from home.

Tucked away down a country lane, Comfortable and welcoming, Winking Owl Cottage is a really pretty place, perfect for rambling, birdwatching, and simply enjoying the breathtaking Yorkshire countryside and the unbeatable local hospitality. You can see deer in the forest, bullfinch, kingfishers, nuthatches, and herons, and you can hear the owls nocturnal twit wooing. Close to a waterfall on the river Dearne, this truly is a magical place.

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.
