The accommodation worked very well for us as we were visiting family. We were able to return each evening and feel very comfortable, a home from home. The stylish decor, fully equipped kitchen and the many thoughtful extra touches provided by Lynn were a standout for us. Communication was particularly easy and Lynn ensured all information needed was easily available. We can highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay in Peter's 'shack'! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Despite hot weather, it receives a lovely cool breeze, keeping the temperature down. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked & it was peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the deck. Peter was responsive and accommodating and I would definitely stay again on future holidays.

This place was perfect for us. Dog friendly with a great backyard and close walk to the beach and cafe made it a really lovely and easy place to have a weekend away with our furbabies. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed to have a really comfortable stay. No complaints at all. Jaymie was really responsive and gave us a late checkout which allowed us to enjoy that little bit longer in this beautiful patch of the world.

Clean rooms and bathroom, stylish furniture, silent and safe surroundings and fantastic location to access Shelly beach and Long Jetty. Everything was awesome including a guidance from the friendly host.

we wanted to get out of Sydney for a few nights to enjoy the Hunter valley and Mark's place was exactly what we wanted! There was a well stocked pantry with heaps of sauces and condiments, the shower pressure was good, spacious bedrooms with individual reverse cycle aircon units. absolutely loved the outdoor space, we spent heaps of time enjoying our time on the verandah! there was even a box of toys for the dogs to enjoy! what we loved was the ferry light bulbs and the candle setting! the location was a 5mins drive from woolies and Coles, and close to an off leash dog park. communication was great, we had a reminder sent to us before we arrived with the instructions and also the day before we departed with exit information. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautifully renovated, close to vineyards and amenities. Comfortable beds and lounge and very well equipped kitchen private backyard. Would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in visiting the hunter valley wine region.

Had such a beautiful peaceful stay 🙏the house was perfect and so close to the beach. Beautiful back entertainment area also. And the host was lovely and very fast msg response! I will definitely be booking again

I’ve stayed here twice with my furbabies and it’s a great pitstop on a long road trip. Super clean, private, easy check in. A nice little yard for the animals as well. Shower is lovely and it’s great having the two bedrooms with ensuite’s.

We had a great time at Joanne's place where the surrounding was peaceful and lovely. lots of space for 11 of us and the kids has lots of fun in the woods and swimming pool. Highly recommend for a peaceful and beautiful place at Hunter Valley.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

Stephen’s place was exactly as expected, felt at home as soon as you arrive. The grounds and space are amazing and great for the larger group if needed. Stephen was a great communicator and easy to talk too. Would be more than happy to come again!!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Niel was already in touch with us before we arrived and explained everything about the check in and the property. The location was ideal and easy access to everything. What stood out was amenities and we had a great time in jacuzzi and it was so relaxing and Niel was very responsive and helped with our tiny needs as well. Can’t wait to go back there!

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly host and lots of thought has gone in to making sure you have everything you might need with thoughtful extras such as the espresso coffee make and milk frother, fresh bread, eggs butter and milk - so your first breakfast is 'on the house '. Recommended.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay.

The home is beautiful. Interior design furnishings and accessories are high end. The house had everything we needed. The trees and vegetation surrounding the house are breathtaking . The walk to the beach is approx 15 minutes and if you have little ones or surfboards expect to drive as it is quite hilly. The house is hard to leave, very peaceful.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yattalunga Cottage. The house is spotless and has a great flow; the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, and the backyard is super relaxing. We loved the little details around the house, painted rocks, paintings and trinkets. Not to mention, there is beautiful greenery both outside and inside. It really is a special place. Thank you, Josette, for having us; we will be coming back in the future!

Had a lovely stay with my family. Feeding the horses every morning & having fun in the heated pool was just what we needed after our trip to Queensland was cancel due to the cyclone. Very good location, good communication and very easy to find.

Unique stay with thoughtful amenities to ensure you have a great time no matter what the weather. The photos don't do the views justice and the area is peaceful also. The home is well thought out for the use of space, its kitchen is well kept with tools and appliances. Everything is comfortable and immaculate. We had mixed weather during our stay but the home is so comfortable it was a pleasure to stay-in and the moment the opportunities presented themselves we were able to enjoy the outdoors. Would totally recommend.
