Caucasus: soggiorni in appartamento

Расположение и место красивое и тихое. Недалеко от города. Квартира необычно обставлена, чувствуешь себя как дома. Уютно. Было несколько неудобных факторов, но они нам не мешали. В целом понравилось.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s very quiet and fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Parking was always available, which was a big plus. The host, Mariami, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment was spotless and smelled very clean. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just around the corner. This was my first time renting an Airbnb, and I had a great experience—I will definitely try it again!

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

Great place to stay in Georgia! The apartment is located in the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Mziko is an amazing host—very kind and supportive. The apartment had everything needed for a long stay, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch. It's also close to the conservatory, so you can enjoy the sound of musicians rehearsing right from home, which was a beautiful experience.

Giorgi’s place is amazing. We are traveling in a group. His place can accommodate us well. His apartments are 3 mins walk to central of Kazbegi where you can find shops and restaurants. His place is clean and equips with a lot of kitchenware. His house is just next to his apartments so that he can come to meet you immediately. His communication is good and quick response. I recommend his apartments of you go to Kazbegi.

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

Victoriaさんは、とても親切で必要に応じてサポートしてくれました。家は清潔で、4部屋あるうちの1部屋になり、洗濯機と電子レンジは共有スペースにありますが、それ以外は部屋の中で完結できます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットやバス停までは徒歩15分程度、そこから街へ行くことができるので問題ありません。周辺の環境として夜は静かですが、道に犬が多いので苦手な人は車の方が良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました！

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

I recently stayed at this magnificent apartment that blended modern comfort with authentic Georgian style. The space was clean and comfortable and also filled with an array of beautiful plants. The attention to detail was exceptional and added a calming touch to my stay. The apartment was filled with natural light from its many windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The location was convenient and provided easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and made sure that my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience, and I will definitely be back in the future.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

The apartment has high ceilings, a great view, and big windows, the bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need and the couch is comfortable and cozy. I fell asleep on there multiple times. The TV is perfect, with a good distance to the couch it felt like a home cinema. The printer is a nice extra, like the tissues, spices, easy to use vacuum cleaner and the all the little details that will make you feel like home. The bathrobe, extra clean towels, bedsheets, and slippers made my stay especially comfy. During my stay there was a problem with the hot water which got attended to right on the next day. The neighbours are a bit loud with slamming the entrance door but this is only during the day time and not the host's fault. Other than this, there was no loud music, no screaming or other disturbances. Everything in the apartment works perfectly, like ventilation, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. I will come back :)

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days
