Cattaraugus County: soggiorni in chalet

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall, the house comfortably fit our group of 8 and we loved the mud room area for our ski/snowboard equipment. The location is less than 10 mins to Holiday Valley Ski Resort & downtown Ellicottville which is a perk.

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Jacqueline and Ella’s wooden chalet is such a cozy and charming home to stay for a group looking to reconnect. The massive couches, toasty fireplaces, wood bar, long dining table, and bubbly hot tub are fantastic places to come together to share stories and memories. Bedrooms have space and storage for luggage, and the downstairs single bed is a Full size (upstairs has a kids twin). Main floor bathroom has a large shower and upper floor has a massive tub. Plenty of supplies, including towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, kitchen supplies, cocktail/wine supplies, coffee, detergent, and tons of games. TVs are HD and big enough for the whole crew to watch the Bills game 🦬. We were able to fit 2 sedans and an SUV in the parking area (just don’t block the garage). Missing anything or need a bit of maintenance on older parts of the home? Jacqueline is the most responsive host I’ve had and will get it taken care of. Thanks for the stay!

So thankful for Deanna for hosting our group! We had a very large family group and the space accommodated us perfectly. Deanna is an excellent host and knows a lot about the area, she made our stay even better.

The house was clean and so welcoming. We would definitely stay again. We had enough space for the eight of us. We had a wonderful time.

This is the perfect ski chalet, but I would imagine this is a great place to stay year round. The cabin/chalet and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked and great for groups. The family room with fireplace and lots of natural light is a great place to gather or to lay back and read a book or take a nap. Our group loved this Chalet and we can’t say enough about all the amenities and coziness. We will be back!!!

The chalet, view, amenities and location were perfect! We had a wonderful family ski weekend. We all enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the teens especially enjoyed the game room. That space was a little bit smaller than photos made it appear but a nice addition. Just a quick five minute drive from downtown (amazing restaurants & shopping) and Holiday Valley. We also used the recommendation to hire Chef Ricky for our dinner on Saturday and it was incredible. He’s a delight to be around too. We would definitely return to this property!

Had a great stay!! The house and location was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the house very much, especially the pool game room and the wood burning fireplace. We would absolutely stay again!!

Treetop Retreat is, in my opinion, the BEST house near Ellicottville skiing and attractions. It’s a peaceful, welcoming and comfortable place. Sunsets and stargazing from the tall living room windows or outside is enchanting. We also rented the apartment over the garage to accommodate our family of 16. The sledding hill was a big hit with our grandchildren and adult kids (who spent many a winters day sledding during their childhood). Snowshoeing the property was very nice. There’s plenty of parking (we had 7 cars). The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything one needs including lots of pots and pans, a crockpot, coffee maker, some spices, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and paper towels. Many Airbnb’s do not have all of these items. It’s always nice when a place is so well equipped. Adam and Jen are wonderful hosts. They quickly responded to a few questions I had prior to arrival. I’d highly recommend their home for a large group anytime.

Kelly’s place is a great Airbnb. Very close to town and it has everything you need. The perfect spot for a ski vacation!
