Cattaraugus County: soggiorni in baite

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

The place was absolutely perfect for our three families (6 adults, 6 kids) to meet and do a ski weekend at Holiday Valley. Great spot, hot tub was definitely a hit. Host was super responsive too.

Great place to stay! We loved it once it snowed! The backyard pathway that connects with the river was a plus. Inside, it is so nice! We loved the chimney and it it so well furnished!

Great little place for a weekend getaway. Cabin had everything you’d need, in a nice peaceful, remote location. Would recommend especially for a quick ski trip!

Margaret was an amazing host and her lodge was just what we needed. We had a very last minute reservation and she was able to get us into the lodge promptly. The lodge is a just a quick drive to Holiday Valley. Finding the lodge was easy with her detailed instructions. The lodge fits two families comfortably. The kids enjoyed the board games and we all enjoyed the cozy fireplace after a long day of skiing.

Host was very responsive and gave recommendations when we asked. The house itself and the surroundings are lovely and we didn't want to leave! Many things were provided to us so not once were we concerned if we'd forgotten to bring something. They were even kind enough to provide us a bunch of dry firewood since it'd been raining a bunch our first day. Would love to visit again in the future when it's warmer and the plants have bloomed :)

We loved our stay here! Cabin was perfect and comfortable for all 6 adults and 3 dogs! Clean home, comfortable beds, great water pressure! Beautiful land and nature to explore. The driveway was plowed everyday making it easy to get in and out with the snow coming down. Tim was super friendly and offered great communication with us! We come to NY twice a year, will definitely be staying at Tim’s property again!

Enjoyed our stay and loved the private location. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We stayed during a snow storm and they did a great job of keeping the lane plowed and even shoveled the side walk for us. It was plenty warm enough but I would recommend bringing sleeping bags if you expect temperatures below 20F if you are sleeping in the bunk beds because this is a real log cabin and you can feel the cold coming in through the wall between when the heat kicks on. There's lots of good restaurants nearby in Bradford PA just 4 miles away. It wasn't a bad drive to holiday valley skiing, about 20 minutes. I will probably stay there again.

Amazing place! The host is very responsive and helpful! We had a change on plans last minute and he was very accommodating to all of our needs! We will be going back next year.

Jeffery was awesome and his campground is beautiful with friendly staff and a variety of things to do such as swimming, basketball, a dog park, and so much more!
