We spent Christmas at Rodica's place and she made sure that it felt just like home. She managed to decorate for us and the place was spotless. Communication was great and whenever we had an issue or query she was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We look forward to another stay soon.

East Bay Cottage - Sleeps 8 - Pool & Beach Access

The Bay is a lovely setting to come with family. Nice restaurant, arcade and pool on site and nice 10-15 min walk down to the beautiful Beach. Really enjoyed the location and being able to walk along the beach into Filey. House was great size for 3 adults, 2 teens and a child.

Had an absolutely lovely stay, everything was comfortable and set up with what you need and all worked perfectly. Its close to many fantastic places to visit. Very peaceful and relaxing would recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. PS. Hot tub was lovely even in the cold weather.

Thank you Richard for a fab stay! Everything was as described. Location was perfect for us with a young family and dogs to be able to get to the beach! Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed! Richard left us some sweet treats on arrival which were a nice touch! We will definitely rebook

We had such a lovely couple of nights here. The caravan is spacious, comfortable and clean. The site is fun with lots to do and a short walk down to a nice beach. We drove the few minutes into Filey which is a nice little seaside town - well worth a visit. Kim was friendly, easy to communicate with and very accommodating and lovely to us. We'll definitely be back! Thanks so much x

Just back from a fantastic weeks holiday. A lovely spotless property in a fantastic location roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach. Shop and excellent fish and chip shop 5 mins walk. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much x

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable and added bonus of two parking spaces. Hot tub was amazing. Our dogs really enjoyed themselves as well with the beach just down the road. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Absolutely perfect stay. The house is such a great size and layout, especially for a family. Great sized garden for children & everyone kept happy with so many televisions...! Some really good and helpful recommendations of things to do for the children. Overall, not a single negative or complaint I can think of!

Luxurious Bridlington villa sleeps 13

We booked Villa 2 for a family get together for a 70th birthday celebration. (8 including a child) The location is central and a couple of minutes walk to harbour. Check in was easy, the host Rachel communicated well and was informative. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms were clean, towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided. All bedrooms had a wall mounted tv and storage. Parking permits were provided for the duration of our stay and after request we had a later check out time. (Which after a day of sea air and clocks changing thrown in there were some tired people)

3 bedroom holiday cottage in withernsea

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂
