Loft calme dans un ancien atelier d'artiste à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg

L'appartement de 70m2 est en duplex et a été entièrement rénové récemment. Les volumes sont très séduisants avec parfois 5 mètres de hauteur sous plafond. Le mur principal est une grande bain vitrée. Il n'est pas possible d'occulter la lumière et la chambre, qui est ouverte, n'est pas dans l'obscurité au lever du soleil. Le premier niveau est une grande pièce à vivre, confortable, avec une cuisine ouverte. S'y trouve un canapé-lit très confortable. Aménagé sur le modèle du loft, les espaces sont communicants et idéaux pour un couple ou une petite famille. À l'étage, notre chambre se situe à côté de la salle de bain, avec douche et baignoire. Se trouve également la chambre de nos trois enfants qui n'est pas accessible (c'est trop compliqué de ranger tous les jouets...) Vous disposez de l’appartement et de la possibilité de rester quelques instants au calme dans la cour où un banc et des sièges de jardin sont disposés. Notre appartement se trouve au cœur d'un quartier extrêmement sympathique et soigné. L'endroit est idéal pour profiter de la vie parisienne, avec ses nombreux restaurants de qualité, des rues paisibles, des commerces de bouche comme de mode. Notre appartement est très bien desservi. Il est à proximité de la station Vavin de la ligne 4, de Notre-Dame-des-Champs de la ligne 12 et de Raspail sur la ligne 6. La station RER de Port-Royal est toute proche et permet de se rendre directement à Charles-de-Gaulle ou à Orly.

Cosy apartment on the 3rd & 4th (top) floors – NO LIFT. It feels like a tiny house: calm, bright and full of charm. Located on a quiet street in the historic artists’ neighbourhood, just 2 minutes from the Catacombs and steps from lively Rue Daguerre with its shops, cafés and restaurants. The apartment is filled with books and antique furniture, offering a true Parisian feel. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs; indoor stairs have NO RAILING. Passez quelques jours en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis dans le quartier le plus sûr et chic de Paris. Proche Tour Eiffel, Saint Germain des Prés, Le Bon Marché. L’appartement est climatisé, très confortable et agréable, joliment décoré pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison, à Paris. Il comprend deux chambres, avec deux lits doubles, et deux salles de bains, chacune avec un WC. Avec des enfants, nous avons tout l’équipement nécessaire pour le sommeil, le bain, la toilette et jouets.

Master bedroom, lit 180, sdb ensuite avec douche à l'italienne. Deux chambres lit 160, une sdb avec baignoire et une sdb avec douche. Cuisine équipée ouverte. À 2 pas des catacombes et du RER B, jardins du Luxembourg, centre de Paris, accès direct aéroports, ligne 4 et 6 du métro. Appartement non adapté aux PMR.
