Local amenities including the beach, shops, cafes and golf course are a 10 minute walk away. Local train and bus services operate regularly to Coleraine, Portrush, Londonderry and Belfast.

Good for families and groups. In a cul-de-sac and very quiet. Nearby are tennis courts, football pitch, playpark, golf course, great coffee shop all within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within 10/15 minutes drive.

This seafront apartment is converted from ‘Central House’ - a 1900’s guest house given its name due to it being the most central on the Promenade of all yet far enough away from the town’s nightlife to ensure a sound night’s sleep.
