Welcome to our wee pod, Birdsong. Built by local tradesman, John Angus Murdoch, our pod is spacious, well presented and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated in the quiet village of Lochboisdale, just a stones throw from the ferry terminal. Birdsong is a fantastic base for exploring our stunning landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy the splendid sunsets from the decking and wake up to the sound of beautiful birdsong. This is one of two glamping pods at Croftend Glamping.

Seimh@Bayview Guest House

Seimh is gaelic for Tranquil.. sits on concrete stilts so you can watch sunrise over the bay glistening on the Kisimul Castle.. the most spectacular views. It has a king size bed with lots of storage, wetroom shower, sitting room with well equipped kitchen that opens onto a private deck. We're 15/20 mins walk/ 2 mins by car into the Castlebay where all your amenities are - local shops, hotels, restaurants, Church, Castle, boat trips, kayaking ,heritage centre & our neighbour does bike hire.

Taigh Flòraidh “Flora’s house”

This unique place has a style all its own. Newly renovated to a very high standard, this chalet offers high end accommodation in one of the most picturesque villages, North Glendale on South Uist. It is fifty metres away from the sea to the front of the chalet, 50 metres away from a fresh water fishing loch where you can catch brown trout for your dinner. The wild life is abundant, golden eagles, sea eagles, hen harriers and many more wild birds can be see from your doorstep.

51 Kentangaval over looks the stunning Bagh Beag (small bay). It is very close to Castlebay, the local shops and the ferry port. 2 bedroom caravan with gas central heating. Master bedroom has a Double size bed an en suite and plenty storage. Second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and storage. Main bathroom has a fully closed walk in shower. The Kitchen/living area is open plan with a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle & toaster. The living area has a 32" smart tv with freeview, electric fire and 2 recliner sofas. The living room opens out on to a patio area via double patio doors.
