Enjoy a relaxing & quiet stay in our brand new studio, with a patio & free parking, electric car charger, walking distance to the city centre, in the beautiful leafy sought after Park Estate. You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.
