From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck in the garden of the main house.

Het huisje staat op voldoende afstand van het hoofdhuis om volledige privacy te kunnen bieden. De ingang bevindt zich aan de patio, maar het privé terras bevindt zich aan de achterkant waar ook een pad is dat toegang geeft tot het zwembad. Dit pad wordt alleen gebruikt door de huurders van de casinha.
