Located within walking distance (about 200 feet) from Marion Magnolia Farms wedding venue. This listing is for the lower level of the home and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We look forward to hosting guest and are excited about our close proximity to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking and photogenic areas for wedding pictures. Located directly on Diamond Lake, this 3BR/2BA home has a fenced yard, 70' pier, and beds for 9. Located on the west side of the lake with a bluff behind it leaves the water calm even on a windy day. Great Room has 14' redwood plank cathedral ceiling; fireplace at one end, kitchen at the other. Hardwood flooring throughout. Sunporch (with new sofa and Loveseat) faces the lake, with wrap-around deck beyond that. New Split/Mini ac/heat system.

Copper Ridge Inn

Copper Ridge Inn is a private guest house on Carlson Farms, a 250-acre working farm. You will love the tranquility of the private lot that the house sits on with views of the farm across the street. The house includes four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and several living spaces, including a garage bar (not temperature controlled) (the only TV in the house is located in the garage). The private back yard porch is perfect for relaxing.
