O apartamento está num prédio de 100 anos de idade, no Cascais antigo. O apartamento consiste num sotão transformado, com chão e teto de madeira. Tem um salão cheio de luz, dois simpáticos quartos, uma casa de banho com pequena banheira, uma cozinha totalmente equipada, e um terraço com vista de mar ao longe. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. Praia, golf, tenis, cavalos, vela, mergulho, passeios na serra, passeios no mar, casino, museus, musica ao vivo, castelos, palácios, um centro cultural, são muitas das actividades de que podem disfrutar nesta zona. Estou certo de que vão ter uma bela estadia. Quanto a transportes públicos, o comboio para Lisboa e o bus para Sintra apanham-se a apenas 500 metros do apartamento. O Central Charming Attic, é um espaço muito acolhedor, para apreciadores onde se vai sentir bem.

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira.
