Our stay at «  charming house » was excellent. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere. It is ideally located near several wonderful places to visit, making it convenient to explore the area. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay

Lovely house, well located with a friendly welcome, very helpful. The bed mattress was very comfortable and everything was clean. Small touches like coffee/tea available, offered fruits, all toiletteries. Felt like a home. Very very much appreciated. Thank you, a great stay in the heart of Sidi Bou Said.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

I can highly recommend staying Hajer, the house felt very cosy and genuine. I felt very much at home, and she was the ultimate host. Got to love being around animals! I would stay here again for my next trip to Tunisia. Much love.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft, die uns in echt noch besser gefiel als auf den Fotos. Die zentrale (aber ruhige) Lage der Wohnung auf dem Hügel von Sidi Bou Said und die Aussicht auf das Meer und Tunis sind einzigartig. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, mit sehr bequemen Betten. Cafés, Läden und ein hübscher kleiner Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeber Youssef und Raya waren sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel, die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Raya hat uns persönlich empfangen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Sofiane, la maison est bien propre. L’endroit est sécurisé rien à dire la maison est bien chauffée. Sofiane, un hôte très gentil, il est toujours là en cas de besoin, je recommande fortement la maison

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

L’hôte a été très réactive , la maison est très jolie et lumineuse avec une belle terrasse, c’était un séjour très sympathique Dans un environnement au calme Cependant, il manque quelques finitions et rangements pour que la maison soit parfaite. Quelques placards avec du désordre, une pièce avec beaucoup de fournitures de Travaux, Il manque aussi d’équipement électroménager comme un lave-vaisselle pour le prix auquel nous payons. La literie et les oreillers aussi sont à améliorer je pense 😊 Sinon il manquait aussi des torchons et des serviettes mais l’hôte a été très réactive pour nous en procurer, merci beaucoup pour leur service !

Lovely house with a pool and by the sea, very quiet area but close to shops (10 min walk) and communicated well with the city centre (Bolt 10-15min). Highly recommended will defo be back! And the host is amazing!

Fantastische verblijfplek. In een toeristisch deel van Sidi Bou Said, maar aan de straat toch rustig. Door binnentuin ook kunnen genieten van het weer zonder je te verbranden... Enige minpunt is dat er vaak autos recht voor de deur parkeren (terwijl er duidelijk een verbodbord staat) zodat je niet makkelijk er tussen past. Dank voor het fijne verblijf!

Ce logement correspond complètement aux photos et à la description. Énormément de charme autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. quartier vivant est agréable. supermarché à 10 min à pieds. Sara est une hote très accueillante qui est disponible pour les demandes. les recommandations pour la cuisinière et le guide sont au top je ne peux que vous recommander. ils sont exceptionnels. merci pour ce séjour inoubliable et à la prochaine fois avec plaisir

idéal pour un cadre idyllique a un positionnement stratégique pour faire plein d'activités.

La maison de Mélanie était incroyable. Elle est plus grande que ce qu’on peut voir sur les photos. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et le gardien présent sur place est très aimable. Je recommande les yeux fermés cette villa qui a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Melanie a toujours été réactive pour la moindre question et les échanges sont agréables.

Merci à Wassim pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité ! L’appartement est sympathique dans un quartier calme d’où on peut aller à pieds visiter Sidi Bou Said. Je recommande !

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, avec un des meilleurs hôtes que j’ai pu rencontrer. Très à l’écoute et surtout très réactif ! L’appartement est très spatieux et se trouve au second étage d’une grande maison avec accès escaliers depuis l’extérieur, il y a un portail qu’il faut ouvrir avec une clés. Cuisine bien équipée, draps et serviettes fournies. Grands placards. Concernant l’emplacement, il était plutôt bien situé dans un quartier très calme. À 5min en voiture d’une grande surface, 15 min de Tunis et 5min de plage en voiture par contre 30 min à pieds.

Hichem byl velmi ochotný a příjemný hostitel, komunikace perfektní, při příjezdu nás došel uvítat a ukázat ubytování, opravdu velmi oceňuji ochotu vyjít vstříc s časem příjezdu a odjezdu na ubytování a přizpůsobit ji naší potřebě. Ubytování bylo čisté, příjemně vonělo. WiFi fungovala bez problému a super byla také možnost připojit se na Netflix. Lokalita trochu dál od obchodu, ale večer velmi klidné. Jako jediné minus bylo, že na terase byl rozbitý slunečník, což bylo při slunečných dnech škoda, také bych do kuchyně vybavila více věci (nože, prkýnko, větší mísa, vařečka a mycí prostředky) při delším pobytu a potřebě vařit to maličko chybělo. Doplnila bych do koupelny předložku a fén. Ale jinak hodnotím ubytování opravdu kladně a kdybych se měla na toto místo znovu vrátit, klidně zase k Hichemovi.

I can highly recommend this appartement. Slim is so helpful. Can´t wait to come back.

My best stay in Tunisia so far. Raouda is an amazing host and her house is beautiful. I was staying for almost 3 weeks there and I felt like at home. Very modern and stylish house. Location is perfect also,I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Thank you Raouda so much😊
