The perch was a beautiful and spacious place. The house was very clean and easy to get into with instulructions. All amenities in bathrooms and kitchen for us to enjoy our time in the home without having to leave if we wanted to. Plenty of indoor games and things to do when it was rainy outside. Absolutely beautiful home and we would recommend to anyone especially with a big family.

Our group of girls had a wonderful time. the pool room was warm, the hot tub was well maintained. the place was clean, the house was well maintained, and the view of the lake was peaceful. the set up with many sleeping options could be great for a variety of groups. overall, this Airbnb is well worth the price for the amenities like the pool and hot tub, the sleeping options, the peaceful atmosphere, and the cleanliness.

Jason was the best host!! He was very responsive and the place was exactly what we expected! I would book here in a heartbeat!!

This place is a perfect getaway spot! Right on the water, the area was very quiet and the sunrise on the water is spectacular! The house itself is very spacious and clean.

When fishing Lake of Egypt there is not a better place to use than Josh's. The amenities are great and the fishing was even better. The boat docks are great for leaving your rig tied overnight and shielding from the rain. The WiFi and TV worked flawlessly and Josh/Melinda are both extremely responsive to all questions. Can't wait to go again and will use this as our 'goto' rental for LOE. Thanks Josh and Melinda!

The house was very nice, exactly like the photos. Bradley was quick to respond to our messages. The three of us had a nice, peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Lovely house - beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean. Well appointed kitchen - we cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. Jen was very helpful and responded quickly. We loved sitting on the porch and by the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Bell's place was great. Honestly, the pictures undersell. Beautiful place and nice amenities. Bell met us there for check in and walked us around. I'm not sure this is necessary but very kind of her. They have some cool amenities like a hot tub, fire table, BBQ, and gas fire place so I understand her wanting to explain how it works so you don't mess it up. The space is perfect for 2-4 folks and the outside during the nice weather is just perfect. Good parking and easy to find. Only about 5 minutes to coffee and food but still secluded. Bell is very responsive and kind. WiFi is a little underwhelming and not unlimited so I'd be aware of that if you really want to sit and stream or work. But it was enough for our purposes and we spent very little time watching TV as the outside was the real feature. Would return!

The property was everything we wanted and expected from the host's listing. Beautiful and secure boat dock for keeping our boat secure while enjoying the many amenities offered by the owner (multiple outdoor cooking opportunities and complete indoor kitchen with many extras)! Host was very gracious and quick to respond with any question I asked. The property was beautiful and the host was great! Would definitely recommend a stay here at Lake of Egypt!
