Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

We look forward to hosting you at Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the sound with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).
