New construction! Private stand-alone in-law apartment built in 2017 with a washer and dryer installed in the shared RV garage in 2020. BBQ grill on the front porch with a sitting area to enjoy the outdoors. New county ordinance allows us to accept reservations for 29+ nights or more. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
