There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. The unit includes one smaller sized parking place which would fit a small or medium-sized car, large cars probably won't fit, but street parking is very easy to come by in this neighborhood. The street sweeping days are Thursdays and Tuesdays.
