Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! One dog is permitted per room, no cats. Thank you for understanding.

Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

It's minutes from the highway and a 4 minute, complimentary shuttle to the Ski area. Guests have access to the jacuzzi, game room, indoor/ outdoor pools, and laundry. It also sits directly on The Pemigewasset River, the best swimming hole in the back yard! The town's best restaurants are within walking distance. Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.
