Quiet place near Iulius Mall

David's place was well located and well equipped. Peaceful and yet just around the corner from the bustle of Budapest. I didn't have time to make use of it, but the space up the ladder with the mini cinema looked very cool -- next time!

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in Petras Appartment gewohnt. Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls seht gut, man ist schnell zu Fuß an den wesentlichen U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen und kommt so überall hin. Die Wohnung liegt in einem neugebauten Häusekomplex, in dessen direkter Umgebung viele Restaurants und auch zwei Supermärkte sind (wobei der Lidl direkt neben dem Eingang zur Wohnung zwar praktisch, aber sehr chaotisch und nicht besonders gut sortiert ist). Dazu gibt es sehr nah ein großes, modernes Einkaufszentrum mit Geschäften, die man heutzutage in allen großen Städten findet. Petra war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, war sehr gut erreichbar und hat immer so schnell es ging reagiert, wenn wir eine Wunsch oder eine Frage hatten. Besonders nett war es, dass wir am Abreisetag die Wohnung noch bis zum Nachmittag nutzen konnten, da sie am folgenden Tag noch nicht weitervermietet war.

My stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal—close to all the major attractions but in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure everything was just right for my stay. The attention to detail made me feel right at home, and I loved the little touches like fresh towels and a welcome basket. I would highly recommend Andrea’s Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return!

Definitivno sto se tice Beograda od sada znamo gde ce mo spavati, 3 clana familija bili smo 4 dana da je gospodja mislila o svakoj sitnici ja to nisam mogao verovat bukvalno sve sta ti treba je tu ljubaznost o tome nema sta da kazem daje ti osecaj da je iznajmljeni prostor tvoj definitivno ako zelite ici u beograd i imati najlepse mesto to jest lokaciju ovo je prava rezervacija za vas!!!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Zen House. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Gegend ruhig. Ein fantastischer Ort um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr eifach und unkompliziert. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Davids house is perfect for a peaceful, cozy and private stay for a big group. There is a bathroom in every single bedroom which is a big plus. I would recommend the place if you’re looking for a getaway outside the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Szabolcs's place. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Szabolcs was a kind and attentive host, always ready to help if anything came up. An outstanding view, so close to public transportation. The most beautiful Airbnb I I have stayed. Only challenge, not really a good kitchen to cook in.

Vladan is an excellent host—responsive, considerate, and always ready to help. His apartment is absolutely amazing, located in a prime spot in Belgrade with easy access to everything. The flat is modern, recently refurbished, and finished to a luxurious standard. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Lauras place was excellent. So many wonderful touches, snacks and drinks in the fridge, coffee machine and dressing gowns! Place was so spacious, everything you need is there. Couldn’t ask for anything more! So easy to find with the check in instructions and hosts messaged to make sure we were there ok. Great stay, would book again!!

When renting an airbnb, I pay attention to and research many things. Judit's house is already a very nice and sufficient house as seen from the comments. She is friendly. We did not have any problems with communication and entering the house. Every need has been considered in the house. Even an eye patch has been considered for a comfortable sleep. The location of the house is a quiet and sweet place close to the center. Both the metro and bus network are right next to the house. Thank you Judite for your very good hospitality. It has become one of the places I will prefer again. I can write many more good things but I did not want to extend it. Experience and see. I think Airbnb should be done by people who love their job like Judit.

Had a great stay. Everything was very straightforward and our host communicated well. Very clean and tidy also.

從地鐵站步行約5分鐘即可抵達，一出地鐵站有麵包舖，附近的中餐館很好吃，所有的超市附近都有，晚上很安靜，感覺很安全，房間跟照片幾乎一樣，有美到不行的風景，提供咖啡及茶包，裝潢很美，很乾淨，浴室很大，所有的一切都很棒！下次絕對再入住！
