Located right off of I-95 between mile markers 104 and 98, between Fredericksburg and Richmond, VA. This is a small, practical studio apartment in the walk out basement of our organic family farm. Quiet, natural surroundings with woods to explore and fresh organic vegetables/eggs available for purchase. We aim to have as natural and organic home environment as possible with fragrance free personal products/detergents. Local attractions include Meadow Event Park, Kings Dominion, AP Hill

Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

This 440-sq-ft apartment has a separate ground-floor entrance, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a luxurious shower. Perks include satellite television, a fire pit and miles of hiking trails of varying difficulty.

Cozy, comfortable, and quiet walk-out basement apartment with convenient access to downtown Fredericksburg, local shopping, and VRE to DC. There is a private back entrance. Has a full kitchen with gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, Keurig, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes available. Shared washer/dryer and outdoor patio space are available as well. The bedroom boasts comfortable queen size bed, dresser, and closet.

Enjoy the comfort of two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room, a well-equipped kitchenette along with a cozy living room. To maintain a clean and family-friendly environment, we do not allow smoking, parties or gatherings in our space. If you break these rules, you will be asked to leave. We are a family with children and pets, so you can expect to hear some noise from us.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
