The House has 2 bikes to enjoy the family friendly streets, outdoor shower, beach towels, a cart with 2 beach chairs, and an EZ tent for shade/self tap umbrella! There’s a Guidebook on the Airbnb site for great restaurants nearby, coffee at beach. The Tiki Bar/Ocean Grill is a short walk along the beach for sunsets, evening cocktails, and eats out on the pier! So much to experience and explore, Come, be our guest!

3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The House of Kai, 1 Block From The Beach

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.
