Welcome to our charming bungalow in the heart of the Brooklyn Arts District! Our cozy home is located just a stroll/bike ride from all the breweries, restaurants, and galleries of the Brooklyn Arts Districts and just blocks away from Historic Downtown Wilmington. A great area to explore after a day of sun and surf at Wrightsville Beach which is just 10 miles away! Bring your furry friends along for just $25 a night, per dog, and let them enjoy our fenced-in backyard and sidewalk-lined streets.

Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities.
