Perfect place to stay, has everything you need. Really peaceful and comfortable

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Thanks for a great stay. Ideal location to walk to Matlock town centre. Cofy beds and all you need for a quick nights stopover.

Perfectly placed for our needs. All aspects of the booking were completely seamless. It is a maisonette so we could hear the flat above but was in no way intrusive and we all had a restful night The flat had everything you could wish for and the decoration was perfect. Already considering our next booking highly recommended.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

Erjon’s place is very well equipped from plenty of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning items to a well equipped kitchen. 4 bathrooms make it easy to share with 3 bedrooms and though the central heating was not easy to switch on when we wanted it there were electric radiators available so it didn’t matter. I am happy to recommend the apartment it is a comfortable base for a stay in the Peak District.

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

Fabulous Airbnb in a great location. Very well situated with easy access to Chesterfield centre and Chesterfield Royal Hospital. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! Lots of thoughtful touches, we especially enjoyed the treat jar! Sam was a fantastic host and always very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

Kam was great - so helpful and communicative. A really lovely host to deal with! The Airbnb was perfect for our group as we were there for a wedding. Lots of space and a lovely outdoor area!

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

Lovely apartment - well equipped kitchen. Up quite a steep hill but within walking distance of coffee and pubs and restaurants. Nice town and lots of good walks nearby.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed using the outside seating area. Very good directions. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy with a few potholes so if arriving after dark, drive slowly and will be fine. Definitely recommend staying here.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
