The cottage is close to public transport; CBD, Victoria Market, Royal Children's Hospital & Flemington Racecourse. You can walk to the local pool! Guests, please note that when only two people are staying and require separate beds, an additional one-off fee of $50 will be requested. I look forward to hosting you.

It is a COMPACT space which would be best suited for TWO people. We can host up to 4 people if it is considered acceptable by your party, please note this will be discussed upon booking. It's also great location having close access to nearby Lygon Street & Fitzroy if you are coffee/brunch/bar/Italian food lovers.

The master has a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath. The third bedroom can be set up with 2 singles or with a King size bed. We are close to trams (15 mins to town), and plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, including famous Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. There is also easy access to nearby cycle paths.
