Open space, comfort, tranquility and prime position, 7 minutes to the City Centre, 15 to MCG, Tennis Centre, Royal Botanical Gardens, the Yarra river, Crown Casino and much more, walk, ride, or catch a Tram. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.
