Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Lots of Parking and Coffee❤️

Rest and relax by the banks of the Pecos River in this tastefully remodeled, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, three bed townhouse, with two car garage. We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

The kitchen features all new appliances and is fully stocked.

Riverside Home #2

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

La Fuente

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
