Beach City Bungalow

Detached 400 sf studio with full kitchen, private redwood deck, and own entrance/parking. Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

The Suite has it all except it’s smaller than our grand Master Suite . This place is spiritual. It’s just you overlooking the beach with six thousand miles to go before you see your closest neighbors across the ocean. You are just above the breaking surf. The private entrance has a gentle slope upwards, no steps, room for surfboards and bicycles, and a big spa on the blufftop. There is no beach access here.
