Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood),zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, lounging areas, and a patio overlooking the lake, you'll never want for space. Enjoy easy access to Waterton National Park, Castle Mountain Ski Resort, and Calgary. Fast internet, remote work, and streaming available.

Magrath is a Wonderfull town. 45 minutes to Waterton park and 20 minutes to Lethbridge. There is a Pharmacy, Sash Pizza, 2 banks, post office, hair salon and seniors centre. Outdoor swimming pool and play grounds. It's a small safe community great for kids. We use Hypoallergenic laundry soap and free and gentle fabric softener for all our towels and bedding.
