Private Annex in Peaceful Courtyard

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The Laurel Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Can I introduce you to my beautyful cottage at the outskirts of Doncaster in Hatfield. It can be your own little space however long you wish for. The back of the property is surounded by lovely little cottage gardens. You have lovely views of the countryside from the first floor of the property. We have taken a great deal of care and detail to our two-bedroom cottage with the ultimate aim to be able to offer you a wonderful stay.

The Apple Chamber Self Contained Apartment

‘The Apple Chamber’ is a two-bed apartment (double bed and sofa bed) in a delightful 16th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, situated in the semi-rural village of Hatfield Woodhouse.   In years gone by, the Apple Chamber was the farm’s servant’s quarters as well as being used to store fruit through winter, which is where the name originates. It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.

A recently decorated 3-bedroom house, ready to be enjoyed. Excellent accommodation for contractors/families/friends. Bed linen & Towels are provided. A selection of tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets are included. These are located within each bedroom next to the kettle. A washing machine is available. This is included at no extra cost for guests that book a minimum of 14 nights. A small fee is applicable if you wish to use the washing machine during a shorter stay.

Great for walking, rambling and mountain bikers. Local village pub nearby and the market town of Retford a very short drive . Kingfishers literally beneath the lodge !
