The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Free guarded parking. we are 17 min from the airport. Condo has a huge pool, with a large children's area, beach lounge chairs, a restaurant on the beach, convenient store and coin laundry. Estamos a 15 minutos del la playa, a 8 minutos del centro de la ciudad y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto llendo en auto. También puedes caminar solo 5 minutos para llegar a varios restaurantes de los que estamos muy cerca. Nos encantará poder recibirte en nuestro espacio!
