This place was amazing! Perfect for our extended family vacation with a total of 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids). The place was clean and beautiful. Having the pool right out the back door was ideal. Super short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach that felt secluded. Definitely worth the cost to heat the pool in March. Only minor complaints are the finicky door alarm for the pool, minimal throw blankets available around the couch, and no provided baby gear (pack and play/baby gate/high chair). We will likely be back! Marissa is very responsive and helpful with all questions and the check in/ check out process is clear. You are about 15 mins from the state park at the end of the cape and 15 minutes from downtown port saint joe. The complex has private pickle ball courts and there is a nice park right across the street that you can ride bikes to. Great little area to vacation and great place to stay!

This home had every thing for our stay and more. Very clean and accommodating! Super Hist Kate was extremely friendly and always available for questions. This was my first time in Port Saint Joe and we loved our stay. Wish there were more sunny days to enjoy the beach but the stay was as close to perfect as possible. Super host Kate is AMAZING!!

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

We had a great stay at Erica and Phillip’s home. Everything was clean! There was swimming, volleyball ,pickle ball and fishing. The bay was in walking distance on the frontside and the Gulf was walking distance from the back . Lots of things to do close by. Great restaurants and shopping all within 12 miles.

What a wonderful stay for a family of 5! The golf cart made accessing the pool and beach so easy! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

Erin was super sweet and so welcoming! The house is super spacious and offered lots of amenities! The only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos, they’re everywhere and easily get in the house because it’s by a lake, obviously out of Erin’s control but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we loved it here so much!

Amazing location! Short distance to the beach and across the road we could put in our kayaks. Will definitely be back to this area.

We had a wonderful stay at SSJ! Every question or concern we had was promptly taken care of by our host. For example, we noticed an issue with the pool on our first day, and within two hours the host sent the pool company out to take care of it. The house had features that weren’t even listed on AirBnB that added to the comfort of our stay. As a family of 12, there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We hope to stay here again! If you’re looking for a quiet beach with a house that has a variety to offer for those rainy days, this is the place for you!

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the pool at the main entrance to Windmark, the kids were able to walk from that pool to the pizza place and ice cream shop. They had live bands two of the nights we were there at the Mill Mercantile and Social in Windmark! Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Everyone was so nice, great communication with host and will definitely be going back!

Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and toys, and a beach wagon to take everything to the beach. Plenty of space to spread out.

I took my four kids with me over their spring break for a few days and we enjoyed the heated pool and the beach was easy to access! The house was very spacious and clean. I do wish they were more utensils and stuff to use in the kitchen.

Wendy's home is beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is friendly, clean, and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with Wendy was always timely. We made the very short drive to Windmark's shops, heated pool, and ocean in the fun golf cart. The provided beach chairs and toys are in great condition. Bruno's has good salads, pizza, & wings and is close to the pool and ocean. The View, an oceanfront restaurant in Windmark, recently closed for business. Hopefully a new restaurant will open soon because the location is great. Wendy was unaware The View had closed and suggested we try The White Marlin and Shipwreck Raw Bar for seafood. The White Marlin is oceanfront and upscale. The Shipwreck is casual. We enjoyed both! We also enjoyed shopping in the quaint town of Apalachicola and exploring the beautiful state park on St. George Island. We were very pleased with the area, the home, and the host! Thank you!

It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. They had starter supplies, and the walk to the beach was very short. The only drawback was that cars have to be parked single file. A small car might be able to park in the left spot, but we had a very hard time (several point turn) backing out our van. Parking in a line was not an issue though. Overall, we LOVED it and hope to go back to this house again!!!

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

My kids loved this place. Remarkable sunrises off the back porch over the water. Across the street is the ocean and the sunsets are amazing.

Planned a last minute spring break trip, quick responses from Daniel. The house was beyond our expectations, decor and amenities were excellent. Convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants. The back yard is very peaceful and private. Will stay here again!🏝️

This adorable little cottage was literally feet from the beach and less than 500 feet from the trading post where there was coffee and groceries and everything I needed. I didn’t have to get in the car to get anything I wanted unless I absolutely wanted to go farther away. It was perfect and I can’t wait to come back again.

Our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it and Breezy Beach house. House looked brand new. Very roomy and comfortable. Tons of porch space. Everything was well organized. About 2 mins walk to beach access then another 2 mins from there to the water. The beach was empty and our dogs loved it. Great restaurants a 10 min drive away. Appreciated all the space underneath to park, shower, wash dogs, grill, etc. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
