Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Our vacation home is very close to the beach, the mall, restaurants and theaters and is on the Ocean side of Hwy. 101. There are great views from any level and nearly every window.
