Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

The Lookout | Sweeping views of Eagle Bay

Perched above the coastline, this private studio offers uninterrupted views across the crystal-clear waters of Eagle Bay. Designed as a quiet, elevated escape, the space unfolds across split levels with high ceilings, a stone electric fireplace, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. From the comfort of the bed or the private deck, the view is ever-present. Hanaby Hideaway - a special place to unwind.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Inside, the space has been curated for comfort and calm. A luxurious king-sized bed, elegant seating and your own private balcony for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Toby Home

North facing Luxury tiny home on the banks of the Toby inlet. 3 minutes from the centre of Dunsborough by car 10 minutes walk to Palmers winery & a short canoe paddle across the inlet to the beach. Fully equiped with bbq, heated spa & beautiful deck to sit at to watch the amazing sunsets.
