The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. The Loft at Pelican Pointe is located in the quiet community of South Beach, an easy mile walk to the village of Neskowin. It's a private 650 sqft suite above the detached garage of our beach home and provides breathtaking, expansive views of Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

This compact cottage has been meticulously decorated with a retro feel. The cottage provides a quiet place to sit back, relax and enjoy Pacific City with friends, family, and those with four legs. The main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The Compass Rose room is detached and featuring a king-sized bed and a half bath. The main bathroom has been completely renovated. The view is sunset ready. We respect our neighbors and community and follow the Airbnb no party policy.

The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
