Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Havens’s place unit 2

This is a one bedroom plus kitchenette located on hwy 12 in Buxton. It is located across from sound.You will have a private back entrance and your own parking area. People keep asking me about hot water. You definitely have hot water, I’m Not sure where on the listing it says no hot water but I assure you there is. When I’m able to find it I will change it. Be advised you are staying in the smaller half of a trailer that has its own entrance, a small kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom.

Fishing is great off your own private pier as well as crabbing. Two kayaks are provided.

Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
