Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has been newly updated and has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We are dog friendly, but need to approve ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

Private home located just 3.2 miles from historic downtown Wilmington and minutes away from Wrightsville Beach. The city trail is one block away and leads to both beach and downtown. We are a 4 minute walk from the new Flying Machine Brewery and 5 minutes away from Wilmington Brewery. Randall Park Lake is a 4 minute walk away as well. Newly renovated Independence Mall with more restaurants and shops is just a short ride away. Plenty of parking and room for boat trailers.

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
