We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless and everything felt fresh, modern, and so well taken care of. The private pool, short walk to the Gulf and pickleball court were definitely the highlights. The host made everything super easy from check in to check out. We couldn't have asked for a better Spring Break and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

The place was so clean & spacious. Everything was so easy from checking in, to checking out. My kids loved the pool and fishing right out back. I have 0 complaints & I will return next year :)

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

We have stayed at many rentals all over, and Cape Coral a handful of times. Diane’s place is absolutely one of the best !Everything was perfect , bed , pool, decor, appointments, et all. Diane was a great host, accessible, helpful , when she says she wants your stay to be perfect she means it. Book this beautiful vacation house you will not be disappointed!!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Our weekend at Brad‘s place was amazing. He was very flexible with our check-in and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was great and really close to the beach. We were able to walk there and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

We packed the beach wagon with towels, chairs, and a cooler and walked to the beach everyday, which was a short 7 minute walk with direct beach access. We also walked to the restaurants at night.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was the highlight — the private pool and peaceful vibe made it feel like our own little paradise. The host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to restaurants and all the fun Cape Coral has to offer. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a amazing stay in Southwest Florida!

Awesome place to stay! There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the pool was super nice to hang out by. The host was very nice and made everything easy for us. Would definitely come back!

Sarah’s place is highly recommended as it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, you can’t beat that. She has beach chairs, canopy, and wagon. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool, floats, and outdoor furniture were very nice in windy days as the fence enclosed us in from the wind. it’s a 15 min walk to all the local shops and restaurants which is nice with the beach traffic we avoided driving for the most part. However, it was a 30 minute drive to the twins baseball field and pop stroke so we did make a day of that it as well. Sarah also has personal recommendation’s that she will email you upon arrival so take advantage of that! She is very responsive. I give Sarah and her place 5 stars hands down. Thank you for opening your place we had an amazing vacation and would defiantly visit again!!

What a beautiful place & location. Perfect for our group of 7. The pool was a hit as well as the view. The beds were also super comfortable. Everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. Only set back was the dock is still in need of repair from the hurricane but we improvised!

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She even got balloons as a favor so they would be there at check in!! We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful as we got stuck in the Tampa airport overnight. While there are some homes destroyed from the hurricane and others being built, it did not subtract from the beauty of this newly remodeled and updated home. The pool isn't heated so it made for a chilly spring break (or refreshing depending on how you look at it) but Lisa is discussing this update with the owners.

We drove down from kentucky with our kids, after a long drive it was so nice to find Franks place easily and exactly as described. He gave us a list of local recommendations, a few we were able to go to. Having beach access so close was amazing with the kids. We are already talking about our plans to come back!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Eric was an awesome host and the property was everything we expected and more and hope to come back. There was a hiccup a month before our stay due to an issue with the AirBnB platform and Eric was very proactive and understanding with us to get this issue sorted out. The house itself was amazing and had everything we needed plus more. There wasn't a moment during our stay we wished there was something because it was already there. Even the puzzles in the closet had all the pieces. The house was a five minute walk to fairly private beach. And everything we needed for a wonderful beach day was in the garage. We had access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, beach toys, and even a cart to haul it all there. We spent lovely afternoons by the pool as well. There was a selection of pool floaties and swim goggles for the kids to use. And in the evenings, the adults got to spend some quality time by the fire feature. And we were able to use the grill for a poolside burger cookout.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Fort Myers Beach! The location was perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, which made it super convenient to come and go throughout the day. The house even provided a pull wagon and beach chairs, which were great extras for our beach outings. The pool area was a highlight for us! A great setup for afternoon happy hours, and the outdoor TV made it easy to catch the games while enjoying the Florida sun. Inside, the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. It was a perfect setup for our group of four. Also, the location was ideal—close to the heart of Fort Myers Beach with lots of restaurants and bars just a short walk or quick drive away. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun beach getaway!

My stay was awesome! I travelled in from Canada and Shana was very accommodating with our early flight in. My son enjoyed the pool and spent most his time in there which was why we booked this location. We felt at home and everything we needed was there even things to go to the beach like beach chairs etc. Loved our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.
