Set in a peaceful oceanside neighborhood, the home is nine houses down from a charming footpath down the sand dunes to arrive at Hardings Beach. Charming shops, restaurants, and supermarkets along Main Street are a short drive away. Fast Wifi, comfortable work space and child friendly. Walk to Hardings Beach, and to Oyster River's Barn Hill Landing (ocean harbor with a public dock, lobster boats and fishermen. Bike ride or walk behind the sand dunes at Hardings Beach to arrive at Stage Harbor Lighthouse. Bike on the Cape Cod Rail trail to get to Nauset Beach, which is 11 miles away. Chatham Village is only 2 miles away.

This special apartment is a hidden gem it is a mile and a half from the ocean and on a kettle pond with its own dock. It is the lower level of a house with shared access to laundry, pool table and entertainment room but your own private kitchen, bathroom, living room with a bedroom (queen bed) and one bedroom off the living room (full bed) with a view of the pond. There is also a pullout couch in the living room. You have your own private entrance and access to the pond and an outdoor shower.

The building was created in 2010 as a part-time work space and evolved to a comfortable private summer dwelling with an outdoor stone patio. This is a perfect fit for those who love an outdoor shower (the one shower is outside). We are in walking distance to Great Island and Duck Harbor. We have a 3-night minimum, but you will want to stay longer!
