A sliding door leads out from the kitchen dining area on to a long patio, in summer after the beach you can kick back and enjoy a BBQ and take in the amazing countryside sunsets and in winter you can cozy up on the king living recliner lounge by the gas log fire and escape

Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area.

Welcome to our humble little home by the beach. Charlie is situated 2 blocks from Pea Soup Beach and is an easy 5 minute stroll. An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.
