Located in the heart of Cap Pelé close to all amenities and minutes from Aboiteau and Sandy Beach. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Moncton. Situated on almost an acre of land with the peace and serenity. The charm of this home / cottage feel features 2 bedrooms,with 1 main bath. There’s a beautiful sun porch to have your morning coffee:) Has a heat pump/air conditioning. Pet friendly and part of the backyard is fenced.

Two bedroom, basement apartment with 3 queen size beds, with 1 private bathroom. This apartment is suitable for one to six people. Small kitchen which has dishes, toaster, coffee maker, we supply coffee milk and cream, microwave, fridge and stove. Washer and dryer available on the main floor. We have added a private deck and entrance for our basement guests.
