Located within the Lake Almanor Country Club, there are plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home is complete with a wet bar, free Wifi, Four smart TV's with satellite tv and Netflix included. In the garage, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball game. Two spacious living rooms provide plenty of space for all of your guests to relax.

This home is complete and ready for you to just arrive and unwind!. SAMBRANO’s beach house consists of two separate dwellings. There is a main house and a studio type. Have the option to rent it both.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
