Luxury Houseboat Amsterdam, free parking

This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

City Centre Gem

Tucked away between Leidsegracht, one of the prettiest and quietest canals of the city, and the bustling Leidseplein Theatre quarter, you could hardly be more centrally located. Many buildings in the vicinity date back to the 1600’s. The Museum quarter and Vondelpark are a stone’s throw away as well as hundreds of bars and restaurants. Excellent public transport connections to railway stations (Central Station 20 minutes) and airport (Schiphol Airport 35 minutes). Do not bring a car. Queries? DM

Sfeervol huis nabij Amsterdam!

In het gezellige dorp Aalsmeer, gelegen aan de rand van een rustige wijk, sfeervolle hoekwoning met 3 ruime slaapkamers en een riante zonnige tuin voorzien van trampoline en schommel Vanuit de woning loopt u binnen 5 minuten naar het strand aan de prachtige Westeinderplassen om te zwemmen, surfen of om heerlijk uit eten te gaan in 1 van de gezellige restaurants gelegen aan het water. Op 2 min loopafstand is de zeilschool waar ze in de zomervakantie voor de kids verschillende cursussen aanbieden.

Quiet and private place near RAI-Museumplein

Come and experience the best of Amsterdam at this centrally located place. It’s just an 8-minute walk to the RAI and AlbertCuyp market in De Pijp. You’ll find a wide selection of books, as well as Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. It’s the perfect spot for couples or those attending conventions who need privacy and comfort. The place is fully renovated with double glass windows and soundproofing for a restful night’s sleep. Just be prepared for some narrow stairs, though, they are worth it!

Beautiful and spacious loft at the Albert Cuypmarket, 3rd floor. Private rooftop terrace. 2 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet in hallway. 1 bathroom inc bathtub and 1 shower. W machine, dryer, dishwasher, nespresso machine, oven, etc Right in the middle of the popular neighbourhood de Pijp with all the restaurants and unique shops! AC Market right in front with flowers, clothes and food. Dont forget to try the Dutch Stroopwafels! Come and enjoy this lively neighbourhood. No elevator. Stairs.

Spacious and comfortable cottage near Amsterdam

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

This beautiful, spacious and luxurious apartment is located in the most famous and beloved neighborhood of Amsterdam: the Jordaan. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a nice patio/small garden. It's central location makes it very easy to explore Amsterdam by foot, bike or public transport. The apartment is recently renovated and equipped with new and fashionable furniture. I live here with great pleasure so I am certain your stay in my apartment will be a good one:)!

Step into our comfy tiny home, where modern coziness meets simplicity. Inside, you'll find a nice workspace. Perfect for getting stuff done or just chill-out since the screen also doubles as a smart tv. It's a snug spot where you can relax and feel inspired, without any fuss. Our tiny home has been completely redone with a new layout in 2024 to get the most out of each square meter. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed rebuilding it <3
