Just outside of Amsterdam lies a brand new big 50 m2 studio with garden en parking in a town Duivendrecht. It's perfect for couples +kindje , baby , or friends .also a sofa bed . The city is reachable with in 10 minutes by metro, Arena de Ziggo Dome ,Rai in 5-8 minutes, At night there is a nightbus available , or uber. A studio like this is all that you need when spending your time in Amsterdam. We hope we can make your stay as pleasant as possible Price is not included taxes :9 euro ppn

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Amstel Fab Apart Centre Quiet near Amstel Hotel

Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Sleepover Diemen

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude karakteristieke Broek in Waterland nabij de kerk, in een nieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Met eigen toegang (zelf in-check) een split-level met slaapgedeelte en tuin. Op de begane grond (24 m2) is een woonkamer met bank, keukentje met koelkast, twee kookplaten, eethoek en aparte badkamer. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met een 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte en een kledingrek. Goede Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur (10,- per fiets per dag)

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.
